Mastering Change: Instructor's Manual: Questions and Answers (For instructors) (English) (e-Book)
This manual was designed to be used in conjunction with the Expanded and Revised Edition of Mastering Change: Introduction to Organizational Therapy. It is meant to be used to lead classroom discussions. The questions are of three types: The first type of question checks that the material has been read and understood. The second group of questions check more than just comprehension of the material. They check if the student is capable of applying what he or she has learned. The third set of questions are open-ended. The author does not necessarily know the answers to them either. These are questions intended to push the envelope of our understanding of the concepts. The questions should lead to debate and it is expected that some debates will end inconclusively. It is not the answer that counts but the quality of the discussion.
